How do I meet the driver at the airport?

Madrid Airport can be really crowded, especially during high season, follow the pick-up procedure: Collect your luggage and pass through customs. You will be able to decide pick up time from your hotel on booking from. If you are staying in Madrid central area, we suggest not less than 3 or 4 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departing time. If your hotel is in a neighboring Madrid City, please consider a longer time window.
