Madrid Airport Transfers F.A.Q.

How do I meet the driver at Madrid Airport?

Madrid Airport can be chaotic and crowded, especially during the high season. Please, follow the pick-up procedure: Collect your luggage and pass through customs. After that, you will see several drivers holding signboards at a disorganized arrivals hall. Be patient and look for your name (this may take a couple of minutes due to the lack of order).

What will happen if there is a delay on my flight?

We will follow up on your flight status online, if there is a delay, the driver will wait. If you miss your plane and you board a new flight with a different number, contact us.

When I’m going to the Airport. At what time the driver will pick me up?

You will be able to decide on your pick-up time from your hotel upon booking form. If you are staying in the Madrid Central Area, we suggest not less than 3 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time.
